This upper-level abode is the perfect getaway for a solo traveler or couple. Highlights include a private washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, and central air conditioning. The balcony overlooks Main St where you can watch countless Corvettes cruise by during Corvette Weekend or bikers riding during Bikers, Blues, and BBQ. This beautifully renovated home is just a seven-minute walk from the heart of downtown Eureka Springs which is home to dozens of amazing local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and other sights. Additional local attractions include the Great Passion Play, the Intrigue Theatre for fantastic live entertainment, the very unique Thorn Crown Chapel, the Onyx Cave, and the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, all within 10 miles of your door. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This looked exactly as described. We were disappointed there was low lighting in the kitchen area and no TV in the living room area. This seems to cause many people to sit on the bed to watch tv in the bedroom as the head end of the mattress seems lower than the foot of the mattress. The house is right next to the street and road noise is loud. It dies down around 10 p.m. It picks up again around 6:30 a.m. weekdays. We love Eureka Springs so had a good time. Will try a different property next time.

This house was super cute and so close to everything! Be careful in the snow though we had a little car and they did not shovel the snow. But overall it was wonderful!

Loved the very clean rom with separate kitchen from bedroom. I loved the fact it had washer and dryer for our use in our room.

The windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was dead bugs in them. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors non stop. I could hear their whole conversations and even when they sneezed. I have a video to send you if you’d like.

Super cute, clean, and convenient!!! Short walk to town. Extremely comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days’ stay. Construction on front sidewalk and next door was a little loud, but didn’t interfere with enjoying the property and they respected normal quiet hours.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay with zero complaints. When we initially arrived, a car was in our parking spot and we contacted the property manager. Within 15 minutes, the other car was moved and all was great. Highlight: the shower is luxurious!!! We also loved the top floor balcony overlooking Main St!

All the houses in ES are close to a road so there will be some road noise, but it doesn't go on all night. This spot is away from whatever might be going on in the town but it is an easy walk to town center, and it was helpful to have no worries about parking the car. The rooms are comfortable -- thankful for the tower fan in the closet to bring the conditioned air through the bedroom door.
