We come to NSB every summer and this condo was perfect for our family.

The area rug in the living room was not clean. The sliding door screen has a hole in in and opens very hard.

The host, Lori, was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond sending us loads of info about the area, events and amenities. The condo was spacious, lots of storage and had everything we needed. The location of the property is perfect, right on the beach!

We stay in New Smyrna every year and this was our first time at Point East. The complex as a whole has a great pool/community area and is kept up very well. The room was nice, clean and exactly what we expected. The owner was very communicative and gave advice of places to visit and things to see in the area. Overall this was a fantastic stay!
