About this apartment rental
This is the ultimate in beach living! Enjoy the gorgeous ocean view directly from your balcony. Point East is a great beach community located on the non driving beach and minutes to downtown Flagler Avenue. It’s also within walking distance to different restaurants and a convenience store. There is a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, outdoor shower, covered picnic tables, private beach access, shuffleboard court, and outdoor grill. The complex connects directly to the 27th avenue park which features a playground as well as basketball and racquetball courts.
The unit has new plush carpeting as well as newly remodeled bathrooms for ultimate comfort. The furnishings are also brand new with a tasteful beach atmosphere. There’s a king bed in the main room with a private bath and 2 full sized beds in the guest room to accommodate 6 comfortably in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook including a coffee maker, tea kettle, and a full set of pots and pans.
Point East is a small well maintained beach community which has just undergone a complete renovation of the grounds. The building is 3 stories tall and our unit is located on the top floor, just 2 units away from the elevator.
New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located just 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport as well as the Orlando theme parks and attractions. It is also just 30 minutes from Daytona and the famous international speedway. The unit is walkable to many restaurants, an ice cream shop, and the Dollar General for your grocery shopping needs. We loved staying in this condo. Nicole was a great host and very communicative with us. The condo was so incredibly homey and had everything we needed and forgot to bring and then some! The pool was fabulous, as was the views of the ocean. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back again.

The best stay at NSB ever. Great and very comfortable condo. Very clean pool and nice facilities. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.
