"Aspen" by Gathering Tree is an extraordinary newly built home that has been specifically designed for those needing high-occupancy luxury accommodations. Three floors provide a perfect balance of social, private, and outdoor living areas for the ultimate in guest comfort and convenience. Huge pushback doors bridge several decks with massive great rooms. Spacious vaulted ceilings leave room to stretch and play. Modern upgrades and curated furnishings are the standard along with amenity favs such as a hot tub, game room, & firepit, BBQ Corporate retreats, multi-family ski trips, board meetings, team building - the possibilities are endless. STREET LEVEL Access to the residence is on the middle floor where an impressive social space seamlessly encompasses the home’s main living and dining areas. An open kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a large prep island, loads of storage, and has a convenient drop zone for groceries and supplies. Easily serve group meals at the massive dining table that seats 14 – 16, and another bar-style table along the back of the sofa seats 3 more. A beautiful brick fireplace and 65” Smart TV are the focal point of the room, and there is access to an elevated deck with seating that is ideal for morning coffee. This floor also has a powder room, 4 queen bedrooms, and 2 full Jack & Jill baths shared between the rooms. All bedrooms have a private vanity with sink & mirror off the bathroom. HVAC options for this level include both A/C & heat. UPPER LEVEL Head up one level from the street to find a second social space that includes a game room and cozy seating spot centered around a fireplace and 65'' Smart TV. This area is truly a gamer’s paradise with pool, foosball, shuffleboard, 500+ cocktail arcade game station, oversized Connect 4, and board & card games. There is a large wet bar and beverage fridge to limit trips up and down the stairs plus access to a private deck with a hot tub, Adirondack seating, and picturesque views of the pines. This level also has a powder room and 4 queen bedrooms that share 2 full Jack & Jill Baths. All bedrooms have a private vanity with sink and mirror off the bathroom, and a full-size washer & dryer is conveniently located on this floor, too. HVAC options for this level include both A/C & heat. LOWER LEVEL On the ground floor is an extremely cool bunk room that can sleep up to 15 with three 3-tier twin bunks and two 2-tier twin-over-full bunks. This level is also home to the Kids Romp Room, a great space with a climbing wall, monkey bars, and cargo nets to get out all the extra energy your kiddos have! There is walk out access to the lower courtyard where seating and a firepit provide a relaxing spot for conversation and star gazing. Two full bathrooms and two full washers and dryers are also on this level. Please note the ground floor has heat only, no A/C. Amenity Highlights Include: - Unlimited Wi-Fi - A deluxe housewares & specialty appliance package - Complimentary coffee & teas supplied w/ sugar and creamers + basic spices/oils - Dishwasher & laundry detergent - Fresh linens, towels, and bath essentials for every guest - 50/50 ratio of walk-in showers and shower/bath combos Additional Information Rental agreement(s) and security deposit must be completed to keep your booking. A valid email and phone number will also be required after booking. If you have a group larger than what this house can hold, Rent the whole compound! The Spruce and The Aspen are listed under "Gathering Tree Ultimate Village." Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests. Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an applicable fee of $100.00 for arrivals before 3:00 PM. Booking this property represents a significant investment in your group being together in this amazing home. With all the uncertainties in travel, flight cancellations, and COVID, we urge our guests to buy trip insurance for coverage in the case that interruptions force you to cancel your stay with us. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds.

We had an amazing time at this cabin. We loved that it was separated into 3 different stories. It was snowing while we were there, and it was beautiful. A large sledding hill was just a few minutes drive away, so it was very convenient for us to enjoy with the kids. Additionally, the property manager was very communicative and professional.

Our family likes to take a Christmas trip together. The accommodation’s here were ideal. Something for the adults to do and things for the kids to do. And plenty of room for everyone. My grandchildren loved it.

We have an annual cabin trip that only gets larger every year. It was a struggle to find the perfect place for a group our size and I cannot compliment this space enough, it was absolutely built for exactly what we needed. The giant kitchen (there’s an additional fridge and freezer now!) and dining room fit us perfectly (one of my required criteria is a dining table big enough for all of us!). The games and pool table were fun for all and we all got cozy in the living spaces. The bedrooms were the perfect size and everyone appreciated easy access to their own bathrooms, plus the open space bathrooms. The fire pit both outside and on the deck were crowd favorites. The hosts were great to work with - we genuinely appreciated their help and hospitality. Thanks again!

We al had such an amazing time! Our host was very helpful, kind and easy to reach if we needed it. The house is gorgeous and clean. The amenities were all completely working with no problems. It was great for a big group and have things for people of all ages. The address wasn’t completely correct on the listing but we were able to find it with no problem but it could potentially be difficult for someone who isn’t tech savvy. We were also under the impression that we had access to both buildings but they are separate. We were lucky that we had enough beds for everything to completely sleep and that we did not have a party in the other house. It was not a big deal but it would have been upsetting to have direct neighbors. Other than that, it was truly an amazing experience. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to another big group. Thank you for having us!!!

The property was excellent to hold our family!!! It was new and had 8 bedrooms to sleep couples. There were plenty of beds and some family members chose to sleep on the couches. All the games made activities interesting. The little ones especially appreciated the spa. The eating area was spacious and accommodated all of us nicely. It was a lovely place to have a reunion and we will return again some time. Nicole was very helpful and allowed us the opportunity to drop off food early. Thanks for a wonderful time in Flagstaff!!!

My husband, on, and a group of friends stayed at this location for the weekend! It was fabulous! Everyone had a great time…. The staff was very attentive (we had some Wi-Fi issues early on) and was extremely helpful! We highly recommend this home! And hope to utilize it again in the future!

Had a work retreat and the house was a great place to hang out and have some fun team building activities. Lots of rooms and game room was fun. Plenty of space and beds since we had a lot of adults.

Plenty of space for 20-30 people. The bench tables were great so that everyone could eat together. Arcadian style window wall that opens up fully to patio is amazing! Lots of towels and bathrooms. The kids room was cool, but we didn’t have any kids on this trip. Property host went above and beyond, was very responsive and quick to help in every way. Check out requirements were simple and more than reasonable. Everyone had a great time! I’m sure we’ll be back again. Thank you!

This home was way more then what we expected. The house was equipped with all that was needed to have a great stay. We were a big family with all ages from age 7-87 and we all had a great time. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. All I can say thank you for having a home big enough to host us all.

What an awesome home! This place has everything in terms of amenities, ability to take care of large groups, and how easy the experience was. You are able to get some time away from the group as the rooms on the main floor and top floor feel private and detached from the larger gathering areas (kitchen, living room, game room) and there are also three separate outdoor spaces to relax. The amenities are amazing for kids and grown ups alike. We made large group meals, had plenty of space to do different group activities, and enjoyed our time in the outdoors with some paths to walk, and a hill to go sledding on. We plan to come back to this location EVERY time it is available! Thank you Mariah and Jason. Super professional, friendly, and accomodating.

We had 2 families who decided to take the kids snowboarding and skiing... I LUCKED out on finding this last minute booking. The home is beautiful.. the cleaning staff worked extra hard to make sure our stay was comfortable and the owner/property management were so attentive to us as guests. We had a few minor things.. wifi not working and some missing items from the previous guests. It was nice to be able to communicate and have such a quick reply. Those things will be easily fixed! The owner/property manager was SO helpful, and quick to answer any concerns or issues. Truly they want this to be effortless and pure relaxation at their properties. The kids had a blast! The adults enjoyed how busy the kids stayed.. we had family dinners and game night. The space is so comfy and truly a great getaway! It is close to everything... and was perfect for those that didn't want to head to the mountain. The group is excited to book again and can't wait to see all the new things the owner has planned for this space. I highly recommend this property!
