Vista Cay is very centrally located in Orlando between Universal Blvd and I-Drive. (so not Kissimmee). We have everything within 5 to 15 minutes drive : Disney, Universal, Sea World, Waterparks, the airport, outlet malls and malls and golf courses. Several restaurants at Vista Cay, and even more at I-Drive less than a mile away. Convention or event at Orange County Convention Center? OCCC is just 0.5 Mile away from Vista Cay. Family of 4. Two adult. Two teenage girls. 8 day vacation. Universal Studios, and Isle of Adventure with Express Passes. To get to Universal Studios - you turn left out of the community - and just go straight. In about 10 minutes - you have arrived. Other than staying at a hotel - this property is about as close as you can get. Owner is very helpful and quick to respond. I have already recommended his unit to others.`

Is the second time we accommodate 2 families in the apartment and works amazing! Location is very convenient close to airport, parks, restaurants and grocery stores. The kids love the pool, is a great place to stay and a good environment for families! We definitely recommend it and we will come back soon!

Location and pool were great. Place was showing its age and kitchen was under stocked. Not even a cookie sheet. You could not really cook there

Loved our stay here. The check in process was very smooth and property manager very helpful. The property was conveniently located within 20 minutes of the airport and amusement parks. A grocery store is within walking distance. The property was quiet and the pool refreshing. While there is a pool bar, the drinks are expensive, I would suggest asking the price before ordering. Would definitely stay here again!

The check in process was smooth and so pleasant. Mary at the front desk was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Havard, the owner, contacted me immediately upon booking to give me the run down of everything and was very welcoming. The only issue I had with the unit was that there weren't any extra linens available for the sofa bed. I must also admit that I didn't notify or attempt to reach front desk or Havard to advise them of my need for extra linen as I was on the run on a daily basis. Other than that - it was amazing and would definitely book end. Thank you!

We enjoyed this condo, great location to the main office, pool and hot tub. We had quite a wait between checking out and going to the airport, and they let us watch a movie in the cinema area. That was very nice of them. There were a few loose things in the condo (the hand towel rack came off the wall, for example in our bathroom), and thankfully my husband had brought a tool set so he could fix it. We only reported all the loose things upon departure, so there's no complaint with the property management company. My only suggestion would be to supply some minimal spices (we own a rental condo and we provide a wide variety of spices for guests' use.) Even just salt/pepper would be nice.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando and it was particularly great to come home each day to a clean, well appointed condo each day. The pool was warm and clean and a nice treat after long walks at Disney & Universal. Havard was a wonderful host and responded to any of our questions promptly and concisely. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

This was our first holiday to Florida from UK.. we can’t wait to return & hope to use this accommodation again! It was in a great location for the airport and attractions. The condo was everything we wanted and more, it offered so much! It was spacious for a family of 5. The use of the communal areas were fantastic, it was ideal to use the pool and bar after a busy day at the theme parks, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was really beautiful, any time of the day. Thank you for a beautiful stay and we can’t wait to return :)

I booked this property for a conference in Orlando. Me and my colleagues were amazed by the property. The property was 5 mins drive from the conference. The checking process was super easy. I was able to do early check in too. The apartment was clean and spacious. My colleagues were really happy with the amenities. Harvard was really great in communication. Overall, I will definitely recommend this place for anyone wo loves to travel and still wants to feel like staying at home instead of a hotel!!

We stayed here for over a week during a conference at the Orange County Conference Center. The condo was comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Walkable to the conference center and 15 minutes from Disney. Highly recommend!

Our condos were absolutely beautiful. So close and easy to get to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again next time we go to Orlando. 5+ stars!

Enjoyed our stay. A few things we would change. There was not enough pots to cook and no hand warmers. The condo only gave us enough toilet paper for a day and trash bags for 3 days. We had to buy. We could not get the TVs to work except for master bedroom. Back of remotes were missing. Safe needed batteries. Some wear and tear in the apt, but over all we were satisfied.

Gated community, great pool, perfect area to relax. We enjoyed every minute of our stay on this property. Plenty of space for everyone to unwind and just loaf around or take a short walk to the pool. It really is a great location.

What you see in the picture is what you get, overall the house was clean except for a small bag of trash left in the master bedroom when we checked in. The front door washer smelled bad when it was opened and dirt accumulated at the rubber seal , I bought a washer cleanser and spent 30 minutes doing the cleaning, hopefully in the future guests staying in the condo will open the door for a few hours or leave it overnight after each use so as to avoid mold and unpleasant smells. The location is great, convenient for shopping and visiting and dining. The owner of the condo was exceptionally communicative and responded to emails quickly. Although the furniture and kitchen supplies could use some upgrading, such as oven mitts and baking pans, I was very happy with the price. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Extremely convenient for day trips to Universal Studios, Legoland, and all of the Disney Parks. Close to a large grocery store, and right down the street from a pharmacy for last minute needs! Check-in process was incredibly quick/easy and we wouldn’t think twice to stay here again when we return.

So much better than a hotel. A very roomy 3 bedroom condo with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very clean, well maintained and the pool are is outstanding. Close to parks—only minutes to Seaworld. Would definitely recommend and would have no problem staying here again.

The beds were a bit soft. The space was quite tight for a 3 bedroom. The kitchen faucet needs upgrading. We had a problem accessing the TV. It was not simple. We followed directions, but the cable box did not come on. A technician came and disconnected and reconnected the cable going into the cable TV box. It took about an hour for everything to start functioning again. Thank you!
