Welcome to our newly upgrade 1800 square ft. three bedroom, three and one-half bath room Townhome in beautiful Vista Cay resort. This three levels townhome is professionally decorated and focusing on the comfort of the guests, and give you a lot of space and privacy. It can sleep up to 8 guests. Two of the 3 bedroom are master suites (two King master bedroom suites) and the third bedroom suite has 2 full size beds. One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master suite is located on the third floor and includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two full size beds and is located across from the master suite on the third floor with generous spacing between the two for privacy. Each spacious bedroom has its own private decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a new 32 inch Samsung LCD HDTV. A hair dryer is included in each bedroom. Ceiling fans were added to all bedrooms. The second floor has a large living & Dining area with a full size Kitchen. The large great room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door that opens to a balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. For your entertainment, the living room has a 52 inch LG LCD HDTV and a DVD player. Hi-Definition cable services are included with access to 180 TV channels and high speed cable wired and WiFi internet throughout the house. There is a full size kitchen with granite counter-tops, cherry cabinets, and a large refrigerator, stove-top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a lot of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware so you should feel right at home. Our townhome with one car garage you will have extra space for parking and store your luggage or business displays. There is a full-size large loading washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron and all towels and linens as well as beach towels. Vista Cay resort is an upscale gated community boasting a state-of-the art 10,000 square foot clubhouse. I chose this property at Vista Cay based on location. I wanted a quiet space and was not disappointed. It was a very peaceful place to stay. I was in Orlando to attend a conference at the OCCC. It was very conveniently located a short distance from the OCCC. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the OCCC. And a short walk to other amenities in the area.

Rene was an amazing host. After being ghosted by another host Rene responded just hours before check in letting me know their place was available that day. Gate and door code were provided promptly. Easy to find with parking for 1 car in the driveway out front and plenty of spaces right out back. Our party had 3 cars so this was important. Garbage removal is simple with the designated box right outside the front door, property maintenance does great job keeping up. Plenty of pans to cook with and plates etc. It did lack condiments like oil, salt, pepper but after years of renting houses we carry these items with us. Also bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. that was clearly listed when I booked so no surprises there either. Will definitely rent with Rene for the next convention. BTW this is right next to the convention center making it easy when working long days. All 3 bedrooms are en-suites making it easy to travel with coworkers.

We went to Orlando to see a bowl game and for some golf. The 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms worked great for our group. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location.

We were in Orlando for the AAU Nationals for boys volleyball and the property was perfect proximity to the convention center. The amenities at the resort were great and our townhome was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was a nice stay. The home is as described. We had initial issues with smoke detectors and internet not working but was resolved by the next morning. Great location to the convention center. Can walk if needed. Please note the there are not a lot of extras in the home such as spices, trash bags, paper towels or toilet paper. What they say is all there is. The rooms are adequate but not a lot of extra room in them and keep in mind the beds in the extra room are doubles. Great for younger kids but hard with older children. Check-In and check out was super simple and I enjoyed being able to just enter the property as soon as we got there. I would definitely stay in this complex again.

This property was clean and updated. Communication by the owner was perfect. Bottom floor has a walk-in shower in a master BR which was perfect for our elderly guests. All 4 beds and bedding were very comfortable. AC was cold, everything worked as expected. Pool area was nice as well. Zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, close to Publix store. Similar to being in an apartment complex - views of only other units out front and back. Amenities limited but adequate. A fair amount of noise at night from people outside.
