The property is only about an 1.5 hrs from the GTA, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 people. It has an impressive large family room with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped. There is a large deck for family hangout facing the water for entertaining. Kayak and life jackets available. The cottage is located on canal lake with direct access to water for water activities and bird/wildlife watching. Park your boat on our dock or use our kayak to explore the beautiful Canal lake, which is suitable fishing and water sports. The cottage has a large yard great for outdoor games and the outdoor pit is a perfect place for you to unwind at the end of the day. There is a fire ban in the Kawartha region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials. GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY. Please discourage them by keeping doors and screens closed. • Maximum two pets allowed. • Pets cannot be left unattended, and we ask that you pick up after your pet. • Please do not put anything into the toilets but into the trash cans provided in the washrooms for paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, flushable wipes, hair etc • Please clean and empty fridge, microwave, and Oven. • Empty all garbage containers. • There is a fire ban in the region for the month of April.
