Helpful and polite staff. No one understands English except the reception and restaurant staff, but they are willing to help.
Unfortunately, a youth camp with a hundred young people stayed at the hotel at the same time as us. Breakfast turned into a "hunger fight". Using the elevator was a special challenge as the young people were commuting between floors visiting each other. Early in the morning, to strengthen the unity of the teams, they chanted their starters in a chorus. This is not necessarily what you expect in a 5* hotel 😀

To get the towels, you have to go to the -1 floor spa, pick them up, and then return them there afterward (on a different floor). It’s very uncomfortable to walk around with kids across multiple floors—first to get the towels, then to return them. I think it would be much more convenient for guests if towels were available right at the pool entrance, along with a bin for used ones.
