Great place in the heart of Venice, just a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge! The information about the location was very detailed and helpful. Considering the labyrinth of small streets, it was actually quite fun! Leonardo was also very responsive.
Booking.com should really have an option to filter by floor number and elevator availability. Of course, when you're in Venice, steep stairs are to be expected, so it wasn't a surprise. We were traveling with two kids (aged 8 and 13) and these 4 floors weren't an issue for us, but if that's a problem for you, keep it in mind before booking.

Location fantastic, lots of space, separate bedroom, very clean and great facilities to use.
Our flat was 4 flights of very narrow stairs up, very difficult to go up with suitcases. Perhaps would be good to inform people of this as elderly, less able people would struggle. Also door lock was very difficult at first even with video sent on how to use.

Location, next to Rialto bridge
Mattresses, they are in really bad condition. Apartment facilities pretty old an not good quality (chairs, table...). Lights in the whole apartment are poorly, especially at kitchen
