The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The location is abit far from everything but it’s definitely still comfortable

Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to the namba train station, great shopping facilities and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Would 100% stay here again, felt like a home away from home. Had good amenities and supplies on the second floor and the breakfast onsite made mornings so much easier with little kids.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was really good and this will probably be my favorite hotel in Osaka.
The location is a bit from Namba station which is good if you don’t have big suitcases.

Very good location near the station. The hotel is modern and lively, with free coffees and soft drinks but we particularly liked the room. We had 3 single beds and although no room in between there was enough for a couple of nights. And great value for money.
Check in was a little strange as they ask you to self check in but then the receptionist does it for you and you wonder why they bother trying to make us do it.
