Location, very nice size room - jr. exec suite.
Easy access to the train station - central location.
Room bathroom has not counter space - could fix the issue if desk area has sufficient lighting to do makeup.

Swiss Advantage Twin. Very spacious, lovely seating area, lovely view. Spotlessly clean. Nice pool and gym. The pool area did not have a luxurious feel but was nice and had a hot tub and some sun beds and is a really good size for lane swimming. The gym was large and well equipped with cardio machines, free weights and some weight machines - one of the better hotel gyms I've encountered. Changing areas were clean. Table 36 was the jewel in the crown- a beautiful restaurant with fantastic views, attentive staff. fabulous food, a really good drinks menu with lots of non alcoholic and alcohol options and a wonderful ambience with music and lighting just right. Hotel staff were also lovely and very efficient. Check in was a pleasure.
There was nothing we didn't like. If being really picky would say the swimming pool decor didn't reallt live up to the rest of the hotel. It had a leisure centre feel about it and the lighting was very bright. Not a big deal, but if I was going to improve anything it would be this.

Good location. Facilities are clean. Coincerge service helped with arranging transportation to the airport - this was a seamless process
1. Room service was horrible. There is no way to connect to inroom dining from the room. When I placed an order for food I was informed (quite rudely) that I have to pay for in room orders (staff refused to add the in room dining to the credit card on file, which was strange.
2. The second time i called front desk was to check if in-room dining could accommodate a specific request due to a dietary restriction. They promised a call back in 30 minutes which never came.
