The location is good but the receptionist is so opinionated.

Location is really good.

The receptionist (Filipina lady) confronting of having a visitor. Should be specific if visitor is not allowed or if there is a specific visiting hours. Can't tell if what is the rules of the hotel but will let the guest feel bad of being confronted.

Very large room makes for great value

The most impressive thing about this hotel are the room sizes - this is the largest room we've stayed in Japan. That allowed us to spread out a bit and relax after a day of walking around the city. It's a great central location for touring and easily catching the train to Kansei airport, this was our final hotel on our trip to Japan.

The rooms and furnishings are dated, and as others have said it has a bit of a love hotel vibe. We were not bothered in any way by this during our stay, and so we'd rate this hotel an excellent value.

Huge Rooms, Amazing bath and shower room, Karaoke in the Room!

The size of the room was HUGE! And the bathroom was amazing, with jacuzzi functions and a splash-anywhere shower room. The king-size bed was perfect for two. This was (and still is on some floors) a love hotel. There is a separate check-in for full-on guests as opposed to the one's coming in for only a few hours. Love hotels have all the things regular business hotels don't: Giant tv screen where you can sing-along to karaoke (mics are in the room.) Really soft bath robes and yukata pajamas. All sorts of amenities for the bath and shower. Spacious. Fun!

Very good

Well located hotel in Namba area, close to many good restaurants and pubs and to Dotonbori. Comfortable room with spacious private bathroom equipped with a shower, bubble bath, TV screen and a large variety of toiletries and wellness products. Simple but also good breakfast. Efficient staff.

Everything is bagged in plastic: towels, TV and AC remote control...

Great Location for Adults with Open minds.

Rooms are above size for a Japanese Hotel, including large Shower and Jacuzzi Rooms. Plenty of closet, counter space. Small refrigerator, microwave, massage chair, are a plus. Dotonbori, shops, and restaurants are a minutes' walk. Breakfast options are somewhat decent and mixed day to day. Plenty of toiletries in the Bathrooms.

This location can be Tricky. Borderline messy. Not recommended for families with kids. A General vibe- the Hotel caters to Love Couples'. Couples in and out constantly with no Luggage, except for a handbag and a Parking Receipt. Yet I feel they get different floors from regular guests, never saw them in the Hallways. The check in process can be tedious, staff is very limited in English. No room-to-room calls,

Exceptional

The room was so spacious. Staff were all polite and gracious. Breakfast was good. Location is very near Kuromon ,DonQ, Dotombori area.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. After a long walk during the day, we can have a relaxing massage, jacuzzi and a big bed.

The room was very spacious as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The facilities in the room was amazing with a massage chair, jacuzzi as well as a basic karaoke system installed.

The breakfast was not up to par. There were also limited seats. It is a relatively old hotel in my opinion.

Huge room in great location

Good location to access different train lines. Denden town just down the road and Dotonbori for night life. Firm bed which was the only negative as the room was huge for Japan.

The firm bed was an issue. Put a mattress pillow top on your beds base and that will give you a fair idea. Most hotels in this price bracket like that in Japan. Also this is a love hotel not a huge problem but could just hear some noise

Clean, comfortable, and close to so much

Our check in associate had such a warm and fun yet professional personality. The hotel was very clean, lots of amenities for drying/styling hair, toiletries, etc. complimentary snacks and water in room, and the room was huge. I’m so pleased we stayed here and would do so again. Some reviews call it a love hotel. If it is, we would never have noticed, and who cares if it is?! Furamo (I think that’s the name) Market is close by, check it out, also the Family mart is next door, so handy.

Nice rooms, great location.

The location, the space in the room and the amenities were excellent.

Rooms were quite old fashioned, but well maintained and spacious. The breakfast was bare minimum, giving a cheap feeling.

Great location with spacious room

Location! Right next to all the shops and restaurants. Few minutes walk to Nankai Station. Very convenient. Spacious and comfortable room with very good supply of toiletries and towels.

Very good

Great location and the size of the room is big under Japan's general condition. Breakfast is included with quite no. of varieties. The staffs are very helpful and can speak simple English.

Simply wow!

Big room with karaoke console and a massage chair. Iacuzzi and tv in the bathroom. Many amenities. Very comfortable. Gentle staff.

Great stay, great staff, great room, great location, great breakfast

When I made the reservation, I did not know it was a "Love Hotel" so when I found out (and the payment was made in advance so I had no other choice than proceed), I was a bit anxious. But everything was great, we have had hotel four times more expensive during our stay in Japan and not as good for some of them as this one! Lovely lady who has been managing this hotel for 17 years and great staff, particularly a helpful young man who spoke perfect English (he studied hotel management in Australia and will recognize himself) and helped me calling our previous hotel where I lost a pair of Ray Ban... could not find them but it is not their fault, I must have lost them elsewhere! Hope to stay again if I visit Osaka again.

One thing we found weird: I wanted to ask but forgot... why this cash machine (with a light we could not take off but maybe we did not know how to do it) in the room... to pay cash for the "ladies"? We don't care, but we had to put a mask on in order to avoid the light.
