Very pleasant staff, always greeting and acknowledging you. I also like the comfortable atmosphere and convenient location. Breakfast selection and staff there was great too!

Nice full service apartment hotel. It’s a larger property and housekeeping is provided daily. The room was spacious, good washer/dryer and kitchenette. They didn’t have a coffee machine in room but breakfast was included (although the coffee machine didn’t work well so we had their prepared ice coffee). The breakfast was just OK but was included so it was fine. The location across the street from Namba station is excellent and we were right in the center of many activities, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very convenient(close to the train station) and the washer&dryer is good(quiet and easy to use).
The staff is also very friendly.

Our room was perfect. It was a great apartment space with a washer/dryer unit and fully stocked kitchen in case you wanted to cook instead of eating out. This was especially helpful to us because my wife has celiac and is also allergic to dairy and was having trouble finding places to eat. The hotel is located to many shopping and eating venues as well. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. We couldn't have picked a better place.
