This little hotel was a well priced smart hotel in a great location near the train station and shopping area.
Staff were very nice and allowed us to keep all our luggage there on check out while we explored the city.

Location was in a perfect spot - very close to train station and good food spots. Amazing staff that were helpful when arriving at night. Rooms had everything you needed and even a vending machine and microwave on the 2nd floor.
Only minor downside was the bed was a little bit short of us and our feet hung over the edge but we are both taller than 6 foot, actual bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Namba station and the central parts of Osaka were close by too. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.
The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable for two people, and housekeeping only visited once during our five night stay.

Location handy to stations and shopping. The bathroom was great and the room layout was easy flowing. Easy check in and friendly front desk staff. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.
Noisy room, both from other hotel guests at all hours of the night and outside noise during the night, i.e. motorbikes and cars revving and racing. Apparently this is quite common in Osaka, however this room is advertised as being soundproof and that was not our experience. The bed/pillows were also not very comfortable. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee provided. Most importantly, the day we had our scheduled room clean, we came back from our activities to our hotel door open... Once it had been cleaned, someone had left the door snib across and the door never closed properly. Pretty disappointed that no one checked this when they left, as our room was open and accessible for an unknown amount of time. Thankfully, nothing was taken, however this was still very disappointing.
