Rooms and bathroom were a great size! Kitchenette was helpful for family mart snacks and meals, the free rental items in the lobby was a cool perk! Such as the record players and games etc.
The beds were quite firm and didn’t have a headboard, so pillows always falling down. The pillows were also quite high! The staff were helpful and accommodating, they had other types of pillows to choose from and let me test them out and then brought them up to my room with an extra blanket that I could use as a mattress topper lol. It worked well!

Everything, during our stay in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka) we enjoyed all our stays but this one was the peak. The staff are so friendly and helpful and everything that the hotel offers with the rentals are great. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the location is perfect. I would recommend this place to anybody going to Osaka and based on our experience her I would recommend the chain as a whole. Thank you for making our stay in Japan even better.
