The rooms are very modern, themed, even the keys have a little theme to them. Also looks very clean, well maintained. Shuttle was very well organized, and the advice for the timings was perfect by staff. Shuttle included is a huge reason to stay here.
The rooms are just superb, wifi was great, easy to find.
The shower didn't heat water too well. It was my fourth hotel in Costa Rica so I think I know the system fairly well? I only stayed for 1 night so didn't raise it, honestly something that could be fixed very easily so more of a nitpick. Location is a little out to what Booking.com has it listed, though the Hotel make this very transparent.

Lovely room, wonderful/friendly staff, perfect recommendation for nearby restaurant with free transportation. Highly recommend for travelers with itineraries that demand early departure from San Jose or late arrivals that need nearby accommodation. In neighborhood short distance from airport.

Comfortable room. Shuttle service was very convenient.
Lots of inaccuracies in room description. Address on Booking. com is nowhere bear the actual location. If not using the shuttle ensure you check with hotel for actual location, which is in the middle of nowhere. Bathroom tap was wobbly and handle kept coming off sliding door. Shower was very low pressure and inconsistent temperature.
