Absolutely love the bathroom. The shower is great. Big enough to fit the family in there. The bed is not bad. The only bad thing is I kept hitting the bottom of it with my foot. There is a full size fridge, sink & microwave also in the room. It’s a nice place to stay if your neighbors aren’t yelling at the top of their lungs at 7 am while your trying to sleep! The blonde receptionist is super nice. Definitely liked her. Very helpful.
I think the guy was the managing housekeeper.. he was not about to let you have more than 2 towels! We got a king size room with 2 adults and they gave us 2 towels for 2 people. We had booked for 6 days and saw housekeeping once. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here.It’s not a bad hotel but next time we will find a different place to stay. The same guy likes to peek in your room like your doing something wrong. Makes you feel weird. At least that’s how I felt.

Liked · The night staff was very natural about things..worked with me to resolve dangerous hotel neighbors. The lady took care of the loud problem next door as quickly as she possibly could. She told me what she could do about it and it got done. I know because the next day I saw new no-nonsense quiet neighbors. When I needed something the main staff took care of it.
Disliked · Loud bad neighbors could be heard by our child, noise level as some people walked by the room talking on cellphones and the air conditioning was so cold (as was the room) and it stayed on cold. I had to turn it off at the wall until it was absolutely needed to cool down for a few minutes. I did not like that it was nonrefundable and there was only one trash container.
