Location

Despite the excellent location and the host kindly allowing an early check-in, unfortunately our experience at the property was not pleasant. Upon arrival, we found empty cleaning product containers left in the living room, and the coffee machine was heavily covered in limescale. I had to spend around 30 minutes cleaning it before use. The apartment overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was dust throughout the property, dirt underneath both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom area. There is also a leak under the bathroom sink, which forced us to use towels to keep the floor dry. The bathroom hygiene was especially disappointing. The shower enclosure was extremely dirty, with grease marks and what appeared to be bodily fluid residue from previous guests. I personally spent another 30 minutes cleaning it with the products available, and we did not feel comfortable showering barefoot. Inside the bathroom drawer we also found mold, hair, and leftover products from previous guests. The toilet was also visibly dirty and stained. I had to improvise by washing the glasses and kitchen items we intended to use, and later reuse the same sponge to clean parts of the bathroom. Because of this situation, we did not wash the dishes before check-out. I would strongly recommend that the owner reviews the cleaning and maintenance standards of the property, as the apartment has great potential due to its location, but the cleanliness significantly affected our stay.

Location was great !! Place is spacious.

The air conditioning was weak. And it was so hot. The bedroom air conditioning was not functioning. I slept on the sofa. It was fine the kitchen is a bonus but it’s so tight. The pathway along the counter is no more than 2 feet. Tiny. It’s fine I k ow Italian kitchens but it’s not a functional kitchen. Everything else was great. And again the location is perfect.

La disposición de los cuartos no era cómoda para 4 huéspedes. Había que pasar por la habitación para llegar al baño y a la cocina. Tenía detalles de falta de pintura, de higiene (baño y cocina) y de mantenimiento en general. Por ejemplo en donde dormían mis hijas (sofá cama) había una gran ventana sin cortina ni nada para oscurecer. La cocina, sumamente angosta y con mala ubicación del mobiliario y heladera dificultan su uso.
