About this condo rental

This charming fully equipped apartment is located in the southwest of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and will be perfect for your ski vacations or sporting trips. It is 43 square meters, has a furnished balcony and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will stay in a quiet area and close to all amenities. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Located in a small gated residence, this apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator and comprises : - a small 9 m² bedroom at the entrance with a small desk, a mezzanine with 2 single 90cm beds (high up, freeing up floor space). Please note that the stairs are dangerous for small children and difficult to access for the elderly. - a living room with a double 140cm bed on the mezzanine; - a bathroom with toilet; - a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with washing machine; - a dining area ; - and a lounge area with sofa. The little extras : - outdoor parking in the residence - an 18m2 box in the underground parking lot. Perfect for storing bikes and other sports equipment. - snow sleds for children in the underground parking lot; - a ski room and cellar in the residence; - baby cot in the mezzanine; - board games; - guest cards offering public transport (train and bus from Servoz to Vallorcine); - raclette machine and iron on the shelves to the left of the entrance; During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wi-Fi, Television and live box, Washer/dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle and Toaster. Please note that : - the 2 single beds on the mezzanine floor are more suitable for "older" children, as the staircase is a little steep, making access difficult for young children and the elderly; - there are 6 beds, but we start from a base of 4 because one of them is not very large and there are only 4 seats around the kitchen table; - unplug the garland and switch off the light on the mezzanine when you leave the apartment; - clean the hob in the kitchen (with a cloth and detergent from under the sink) and the stone facing just behind it if you use it. This will prevent grease stains. Thank you! The strengths of the apartment are : - its magnificent view ; - the general comfort of the rooms and the sleeping arrangements; - its balcony equipped with a table and 2 folding chairs to make the most of sunny days. You'll love the apartment's location: - quiet and rural ; - in the heart of the Bossons district, with excellent transport links (train station and bus stop nearby): - 5-minute walk from a bus stop; - convenient for direct access to Chamonix town center (5 minutes by car); - 260 m from the Glacier des Bossons chairlift and its small restaurant, offering a superb view of the Glacier (open only in summer); - in the immediate vicinity of hiking/trail trails for sports enthusiasts (La Jonction); - close to running and cycling trails; - parallel to the Arve River; - a stone's throw from "Le Tremplin" restaurant. For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included. You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus). We look forward to welcoming you! ## Emplacement The highest icefall in the Alps, the Bossons glacier extends to the Arve valley above the old village, now part of the urban continuity of Chamonix. Accessible in summer by a chairlift, the summit of the Bossons glacier offers a panoramic view of the mythical Mont Blanc. The chairlift also operates during the summer, and takes visitors to the flowered terrace of the glacier chalet to enjoy Savoyard specialties or refresh themselves with a local beer. At the bottom of the glacier is the famous ski jump of Les Bossons. On the other side of the glacier, the village is a privileged starting point to explore the nature reserve and the forest trails of the Merlet park, known to be home to many mountain animals. ## Transports - Arrêt bus à 150m pour Chamonix. - La Gare des Bossons : à 17 minutes à pied. - L'Altiport Megève LFHM : à 43 minutes en voiture.
