Posizione molto comoda per eventuali gite con treno shinkansen. Comodissimo il servizio gratuito di navetta dell'hotel per la stazione Shin Osaka. Complicato la prima volta capire il punto di partenza della navetta dalla stazione.

La sala per la colazione è un po' troppo piccola. È necessario fare la fila per avere un tavolo

Plesant. If only room has space for 2 baggages. Amenities cupboard should not have doors.

Room was too tiny which is not like the usual Holiday Inn. Breakfast was same every day, wish there was a change of menu or alternate menus. Distance was fairly good.

The pick-up van is not suitable for elderly with knees or legs problems as climbing in or out is difficult too. The steps are too high for street level and inconvenient. Should look into getting buses used by Osaka Garden Hotel with lower steps and the height of the bus is higher and interior bright and cheerful.

Decent hotel if you have a car

The room was clean and spacious. We didn't get to use the actual kitchen but it was very handy to have the laundry machine in the room. Very easy access by car. Breakfast was pretty normal.

Couldn't use the car park because my rental car was too tall. The mirror built-in Bluetooth speaker volume was unadjustable so it was either very loud or off. Not really walking distance from the closest train station, you have to rely on the hotel shuttle bus.

Wonderful Stay

Well kept rooms and an excellent breakfast. The complementary shuttle service to Shin Osaka train station is a big +. The staff very supportive.

A worker from Srylanka was so nice and went an extra mileage to explain to me my way back to the airport. In general the stuff are very helpful and nice.

Osaka Gem

Coutesy bus brillant - on time always but only takes 9 people (and 9 bags if needed). Walk from station say 8-10 minutes and very safe surrounds. Reception staff were professional and English speaking as well. Products used throughout support sustainability. Lifts good and plenty of eating places nearby both up and down street. Recommend having washing machine/drying in your room which was well designed and lots of drawers. What is in web-site accurately reflects nice clean modern room and facilities.

JR Metro Loop line is Osaka-Umeda Station (called Umeda Station within a minute or two from Osaka Station and more central for getting to attractions in Osaka. More effort from Shin-Osaka but Coutesy Bus makes up for it. Location OK.

讚不嫌遠的想安靜的來這沒問題

我是加大房型跟床型以我對日本飯店的了解這間我進來還真是嚇死了有夠大間設備又很新洗澡廁所洗臉盆全部分開裡面冰箱超級大要什麼有什麼連碗盤都有還有洗衣精烘乾機洗衣精桌子沙發要不是來日本玩我都可以在裡面待一整天了超讚👍

基本上住宿方面就是完美唯一有問題的就是附近就是個標準住宅區其它逛的基本上是0 所以有一好沒兩好看是要選擇安靜的住宿還是可逛街的地方囉然後飯店離車站頗遠每天走可能有點辛苦不過飯店有提供接駁車所以我認為問題不大大家自行斟酌

Great Location & Cleanliness

The location near supermarket & close to Shin Osaka station. They do have shuttle van to transport you from station to hotel & vice versa. Love their kitchenette.

I was staying for 3 person per room and i have to request 1 extra bath towel everyday which is quite frustrating. Their pillow is really ² soft coz i like firm for my head.

The room is spacious for the family. Bonus was a small kitchenette & washing machine.

Breakfast was lovely but for each day slight variation would be better.

More TV channels would be good too

Great stay, really enjoyed it!

Great suite, with kitchen and in room laundry facilities. Perfect after being away for a week and needing to refresh some clothes. Big size room by Japan standards.

A fair hike from Shin Osaka station with luggage. All flat, but took us about 15 or so mins to get there.

Lovely stay and will be back again!

Property was located away from the hustle and bustle which helps to wind down at the end of a busy day. There are food options around the property - walk further down away from Shin-Osaka and you get Sukiya, CocoCurry and a huge Supermarket! The shuttle helped to save walks - just remember to line up in the right spot. The washing machine was handy too. The reception helped to organize transfer two of our luggages to Tokyo while we headed to Hiroshima for two nights (praying my luggages arrive where it should!).

Nothing! We will be back again!

Satisfactory

Room is spacious and clean, hotel transfer to station 3 trips each hour. Hotel staff are friendly.

Quite far from station, charge policy for child is not clear - not by age but by school level.

Great location and classy stay!

The suite is spacious, has beautiful interior and equipped with all the necessary facilities/tools. The hotel is located within 10minutes (max) on foot from Shin-Osaka station. There are shops and convenient stores nearby. The shuttle bus from/to the station is very handy if you have suitcases.

Excellent staff, fantastic shuttle service.

Loved the shuttle service (which was new), the drivers were so helpful and nice. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to contact us when needed and were always welcoming. Great that it had a laundry room with ironing facilities.

The location is a bit far from the station if you have to walk with bags, sometimes the shuttle gets delayed so the wait can be a bit long. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Also, could do with some more hanging space in the rooms, plenty of walls but no hooks to hang towels or clothes.

Great stay!

The hotel was close to Shin Ôsaka station and had all the amenities we needed. The gym was well equipped and clean, as were the rooms. The washer and dryer machine was super helpful too. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The shuttle to Shin Ôsaka station was also helpful.

N/A, but some guests may find the beds a bit too firm.

Convenient location next to Shin-Osaka station.

8 minute walk to Shin-Osaka train station. Great value for convenience and last minute booking due to shinkansen cancelations. All looks newly built and very clean.

Small rooms and hard beds, but fine for what we needed (proximity to train station).

Very good for value as hotel room is spacious with 30 sq. m. for a family of 3 people and equipment/furniture is new

Facilities are good and new, including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric furnace, just like an apartment.

Difficult to find hotel location in Shin-Osaka JR station. Need to show more guidance on the hotel website. First go to exit 8 near the North Gate of Shin-Osaka JR station, then you will find exit no. 4 (also the entrance of the metro station). During day time, you can go up the escalator and pass through the flyover to a commercial building with Starbucks coffee shop at the ground floor. Then go out from the building and turn left, walk straight for about 7-8 minutes, you can reach the hotel.

We enjoyed our time at this Hotel.

Very comfortable room and bed. We were able to do laundry in the room. Very nice amenities and breakfast was included. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay better. We loved our stay here.

Laundry Machine was not intuitive and the instructions were confusing

Great

The room was roomy and clean. The room has all you need in including a washing machine. The Shin Osaka Station is about a 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. The taxi will cost you 1000 yen.

Breakfast is not great, not a lot of selection. Lawson Market across the street where you can buy food.
