Located in North Augusta, this lovely house for $192 per night is a great option for your next vacation. A Home, Not a Hotel! Make your Augusta experience the best with this Conveniently-located, Elegant, Furnished Home next to the downtown medical district. There are 4 Master bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The 9' ceilings, open floor plan, and furnishings make this a comfortable place to relax, visit with friends and family, and work. It is lit at night! Very secure with a fence and gate surrounding the properties. There is extra parking behind the garage as well as picnic pads. When you walk in the main room, you will see a 65" Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan allows you to use the kitchen and visit at the same time. There is a large island with 4 benches and all the appliances and kitchenware needed. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided. There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen for your guests. The 2nd floor covered deck and 2 front porches are great places to hang out. The laundry room has a utility sink and is upstairs near the back deck. Each of the 4 Master bedrooms feature a Queen cool gel foam bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, desk, & office chair. Bedroom 1 is downstairs. It is a larger room with a large walk-in closet and bathroom featuring a tiled shower and 2 sinks. Bedroom 2 is upstairs in front and connects to the upper front porch. It has a walk-in closet and bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub-shower. It is the largest room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are smaller rooms with 1 sink and shower in each room. 1 GB internet service is provided. The houses have high end flooring, appliances, & granite countertops. Guests have access to the entire house and the shared parking and green space behind the houses. You can call or message us with any questions or concerns. We live and work in Augusta. This is the 2nd house in the Wrights Point Subdivision. It is across the street from MCG dental-medical-nursing school and STEM center. The MCG shuttle stops in front of these houses. Beacon station, a new apartment complex, is across the street. There is a shared driveway for all 5 houses to the left of 1475 Wrightsboro Road (blue house). Gate, driveway, and parking are monitored with video surveillance. There is a fence surrounding the subdivision. There is a 2 car garage below each amazing covered deck. There are 2 additional parking spaces for each house in this group of 5 houses. MCG is walking distance and the MCG shuttle stops in front of these houses. There are 11 houses in this subdivision which has 2 sides. This house is on the left side. To get to 1473, turn into the driveway to the left of 1475, then turn right into the parking area. This is the 2nd house on the right. Enter in from the back door to the left of the 2 car garage. There is additional parking behind the garage (2 per house) along with greenspace and 2 picnic pads with a table and charcoal grill. Please take care of the house like your own. Max occupancy is 8. No more than 12 guests at a time. No parties are allowed. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am. If the neighbors are not respecting this, call us or 911.

We rented the house for the weekend of the Augusta 70.3 Race. House was clean and each bedroom had it's own private bath. The large garage to store bikes and gear was a huge plus. Communication was great. We will definitely stay again.

I needed housing for 12 adult men for 4 days close to downtown Augusta. We wanted to be near each other in a setting that allowed socializing but not crammed into a house, sleeping on tiny beds and sofas in shared rooms. This was one of 3 houses I rented for us. Everyone had their own bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The houses are obviously all new. They are not fancy but the beds are comfortable, the living area allowed gatherings of up to 10, too hot to go out onto porches but they would be nice other times of the year and the kitchen had what I needed to cook a dinner for the whole group. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. As you can imagine, trying to pin down travel dates and times for 12 adults can be challenging (herding cats) and the host happily modified our stay several times and was always very responsive. The location is convenient to downtown and the medical district. It appears to be in an older part of town that is being rejuvenated. It was pretty quiet apart from an occasional emergency vehicle and I don’t think anyone had any safety/security concerns. We will be staying here again next year!

Nice new place. Worked great for Masters week. Water pressure is poor but that’s probably the city’s fault. Nice deck to relax at night. Price was good for peak week.
