Situated in North Augusta, this lovely house for $193 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located luxury brand new home next to MCG-AUMC-medical district. 4 Master bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage. Amazing view from the 2nd floor covered deck and from the 2 front porches. 1 Queen cool gel foam bed in each room. 1 GB internet service with a 65" TV in the Living room and large TVs in each bedroom. High end flooring, appliances, & granite countertops. Extra parking behind the 5 new houses. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a large walk-in closet and bathroom with 2 sinks and large tile shower. The main living space is an open design with an island with 4 barstools. The living room has a 65" TV and very comfortable sofas. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The largest at the front of the house has a walk-in closet, bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower-tub. It also has a door leading to the front balcony overlooking Wrightsboro Road. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have 1 sink and a shower. Each room has a new LG Smart TV and an ethernet port. The entire house is covered with the 1GB wifi. The laundry room is upstairs. There is a utility sink and cupboards. The outside back deck is covered and provides a great view of the Medical college across the street. This is in the new Wrights Point subdivision. This is the middle of 5 houses on the left that share the same design layout. It is across the street from MCG dental-medical-nursing school and STEM center. The MCG shuttle stops in front of these houses. Beacon station, a high-end apt complex is across the street. There is a shared driveway for all 5 houses. Gate, driveway, and parking are monitored with video surveillance. There is a 2 car garage below each amazing covered deck. There are 2 additional parking spaces for each house in this group of 5 houses. MCG is walking distance and the MCG shuttle stops in front of these houses. The code to enter the front and back door and the code to enter the gate to the back parking area and garages will be the same-usually the last 4 digits of the phone number of the person making the reservation. The gate is open from 6am to 10pm so you only need to the code to enter at night. Please take care of the house like your own. Max occupancy is 8. No more than 12 guests at a time. No parties are allowed. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am. If the neighbors are not respecting this, call us or 911.
