About this house rental

Situated in Northstar Drive, this lovely house for $990 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Summary: Luxurious 4 bedroom & 4 and a half bath townhome steps away from the Village at Northstar. Each bedroom has its own ensuite providing ample space and privacy. The beautiful vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, and patio deck overlooking the Tahoe mountains will make for an exceptional getaway. Enjoy time with family & friends around the fireplace, at the resort pool, relaxing in the private hot tub, barbecuing on the deck, playing pool, hiking, biking, or swimming. The Space: The best location! You will have endless activities right outside your door; skiing, mountain biking, hiking, sledding, and more. This property is beautiful no matter the time of year. Enjoy skiing during the winter and amazing hikes or laying by the pool over the summer. Lake Tahoe is also a quick 10 minute drive away! The inside of the home includes high-end kitchen appliances, premium furnishings, and top of the line bedding and sheets to make you feel at home. Guest Access: This home has access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) recreation center located right outside the Village at Northstar. NPOA includes pools, hot tubs, fitness center, locker rooms and a game room. The Neighborhood: The Village at Northstar is right across the street. The Village at Northstar has plenty of fun restaurants, bars, shopping, an ice skating rink during the winter, and more. The Ritz Carlton at Lake Tahoe is also right around the corner. Take the Gondola up to enjoy a nice dinner, cocktail, or to enjoy the views. Downtown Truckee is about 10 minutes from the home. You can enjoy more shopping, farmers markets, great restaurants, and bars in this fun downtown area. This is not your typical rental property. It feels like a home...and a very nice one at that. It is steps away from the Northstar village, yet provides the most privacy you can achieve being this conveniently close to all of the activities that Northstar has to offer. It is the kind of place that is comfortable to hang out in, cook meals, play games, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and cookware. The management team was very responsive and professional. We plan to visit again and recommend it highly.

Very nice place, location great, Beds a little firm, pictures accurate, water stayed hot even with as many people as we had, we had 10. Only suggestion is get streaming on the tvs so people can sign on to their prime or Netflix. Would stay again!!

Fantastic location and place. We were four couples for a ski weekend. All four bedrooms have own bathroom so no couple had to stay in the "bunk room" that usually comes with a 4 bedroom ski rental. Check in was a breeze. Great communication from the management company. Couldn't have been better!
