Our family rented this house so we could all stay in one place for my son's wedding in Nipomo. This was a centrally located, easy to access place for the wedding and our sight seeing. There were 15 of us staying there and we hosted supper for about 20. We discovered some lights that didn't work and Donita sent maintenance to replace them right away. Plenty of room, would definitely recommend it.

Very cool farmhouse that worked well for our group of nine adults. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms. If I could change one thing about the house it would be to have a few more bathrooms. Overall, very pleased with the house. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful.

Great big house for our large family get-together! Nice yards for BBQ and children's play! I personally loved the old farmhouse!

I was not able to go on this trip but the rest of the family showed up and they loved your place. Plenty of room to move around. There were 10 adults and 3 children. They loved your front porch and yard. I hope to be able to get out there and stay at your home. Perfect for large groups.
