We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and tidy and Fernando was very responsive! Our daughters loved the decor and called it giraffe house Thank you for a great time!

We loved the location of this property. Its right across the street from the beach, and we could easily walk to Carlsbad Village for coffee, dinner, shopping, etc. And Fernando was very nice and quickly responded to messages. It was nice to have a designated parking spot, and there were beach chairs to use. We gave 4 stars because we felt the apartment could use some cleaning (windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and fresh coat of paint). We have family in the area, so those out of state were looking for a to-go place to book for visits but we will keep looking. However, I have to say, after an initial slight disappointment, we got used to the place and settled in for a great few days. The location is wonderful, honestly. Our teenagers could get out and walk to everything.

Pretty clean, cute, can hear the ocean but also the cars. Parking is tight and takes time. Very relaxing. Nice location. 1 minute walk to beach and the village is a comfy lively walk.

This home was ideal for our group (4 55 men) visiting Carlsbad for 3 days. The home was as advertised, but the could definitely use some investment to update it. Just a suggestion from a VRBO owner as well.
