Amazing Hotel staff, nice people. Clean room and spacious. Amenities were great. The location is walking distance for the main must go places in Salzburg.

We stayed in room 114 out behind the main building. It was a large room obviously for wheelchair accessible travellers. It was lovely to have a large shower and the towel warmer!
The bed was comfortable.
There was a mini fridge in the room with a Nespresso machine as well.
There was no self serve ice stations but the staff at the bar were more than happy to fill my water bottle up for me.
There is a paved walkway about a block away that follows both sides of the river which made accessing restaurants, cafe’s, and Mirabell Gardens easy!
