This being my first time, has been very pleasant the staff are very friendly and professional, I felt very safe, I don’t speak Spanish very well, just basic and I used Google Translate to communicate and speaking English, The staff attendances, helpful with my travel plans around Medellín ,it was great hospitality experience I met some local people, from family bar, local playing soccer, I am not really a soccer fan but I did enjoy Colombia soccer, I felt safe walking, they have great security, During my stay I met the owner, properly managed! I was very surprised I thought he was guest staying at the hotel, we talked for few about my experience, I told him how I really enjoyed staying at 4 Sur hotel, when he introduced himself , He was genuinely kool guy I can understand!!

The front desk people particularly Sofia was very nice and cooperative
It is located in a residential area, away from the city. There are no restaurants and many other facilities around. The bathroom was not clean. I could see hair of other occupants before me staying at that room. The breakfast was poor
