- الموقع قريب من البحيرة والمدينة القديمه (15) دقيقه مشي
- وجود شطاف
- وجود تكييف
- الاطلاله على البحيره (من بعيد)
- الشقه اسمها Time to Relax والحقيقة عكس ذلك تماما
- مواقف السياره متعبه وضيقه مع العلم ان سيارتي صغيره SUV
- الشقه موقعها مرتفع ولا تناسب كبار السن او من ليس لديهم لياقه في حال العودة للشقه.
- لم تكن نظافة الشقه جيده عند استلامها (الحمام غير نظيف، شرائف السرير بعضها متسخ، والطاولات المتواجدة في الصاله متسخه ايضاً)
- عند تسجيل الخروج يطلب منك الخروج بسيارتك وباغراضك خارج المبنى والعودة مره اخرى للشقه لوضع المفاتيح داخلها وهذا صعب لعدم وجود مواقف خارجيه حول المبنى!

Die Lage ist gut man ist in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Das Appartement ist großzügig ausgestattet.Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Die Anfahrt ist gut beschrieben und man wird persönlich empfangen!
Es ist in einer sehr großen Wohnanlage. Die Einrichtung ist etwas kahl und ungemütlich.

It is relatively new compound facilities and buildings with few stories. It is quite safe area. It is located uphill of the old city but within a walking distance to the lake or old city. Parking is within a secured large garage. The designated parking for the rented appartment is narrow and I did not try to park my BMW X3 SUV since three is nice couple parkings at the entrance. The appartment has nice view of the lake with a balcony. Kitchen is well equipped and there is AC in the setting area and also each on the two bed rooms. I would recommend it to others
Little things like garbage bags and soup for dish washing machine would be nice for such a convenient accommodation
