Appartement très bien situé à 10 minutes du centre-ville et près du lac .
Calme pas de bruit la nuit bien isolé avec un parking ce qui très appréciable

The location was perfect — close to the lake and the old town, easy to reach everything on foot. The apartment itself was clean with easy access, and parking was a real plus given how hard it is to find parking in Annecy.
The host was available at all times and extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a good coffee machine with beans, a nice touch. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
One small hiccup: the building entrance was a bit confusing at first, since the apartment access isn't from where you actually enter the building, a heads-up from the host beforehand would help future guests.
Overall, a very good stay and we'd happily book again.
1. We were a bit worried about the WiFi working, wasn't at the biginning, but the host quickly helped us get it sorted.
2. The AC worked fine, though the filters needed cleaning, which we did ourselves, worth noting that cleaning crews skip this, and dirty filters can be an unnecessary health risk for guests (my kid got previously pneumonia from a stay with a dirty AC, so we do pay attention now). once cleaned all very good.
3. some broken furnishes need replacement.
