דירה יפה, נקיה מאוד, מסודרת מאוד במיקום מושלם בכניסה לעיר העתיקה במרחק הליכה קצר מאוד, עם חניה. נהנינו מאוד.התקשורת עם הבעלים מצוינת, והוא שלח הוראות הגעה נוחות והגיב מהר מאוד.

Appartamento ampio e pulito. Ottimo supporto da parte dell’host con istruzioni e spiegazioni (anche tramite video) molto chiare per come accedere all’appartamento e per come funziona. Posizione molto vicina al centro di Annecy (letteralmente a cinque minuti a piedi). Garage privato molto grande. Noi eravamo in moto e abbiamo messo cinque moto praticamente per la lunga, quindi ci stanno due macchine abbondanti
Due piccole pecche Ci sono tre bagni ma solo uno ha il wc (ed il bidet). In un appartamento da sei posti ci vorrebbero probabilmente almeno due wc. Bisogna lasciare un deposito cauzionale (questo è ben specificato nelle condizioni di affitto) e quindi bisogna ricordarsi di fare un controllo iniziale dell’appartamento documentando bene le eventuali problematiche.
