Location is brilliant if you are involved with the airport or hire car places nearby. Having a convenience store so close is also a plus. Most of the facilities are brilliant: shower and bath, tv, wifi, airconditioning etc. Adding a toaster and some knives (for Westerners) would make it even better. The automatic lights take some getting used to but were manageable. Checkin is somewhat impersonal but efficient nonetheless.
No toaster. No knives amongst the cutlery. Fluky lighting system with some switches in illogical places.

Location. Close to airport.
Nothing was working. No hot water, washing machine was leaking water and we had to take wet clothes out and take a taxi to go to a coin laundromat to get them washed and dried. There were no human beings to assist. The call center person couldn’t do much to resolve the issue remotely. Eventually they sent a security guard to check the issues late at night and finally a technician early morning to fix the issue. However it was such a stressful and wasted experience. Would have preferred an easier solution by someone trouble shooting at night and resolving the issue or someone helping change the room.
