The location
There was no staff on hand to get an extra blanket or toilet paper and no one in the grounds to help us.

Amazing location, and free (but tight) parking.
This was my second time staying at the Curry Mansion Inn and it was a bit disappointing. We came back to celebrate my birthday and purposely picked a room with a balcony/outdoor space. However, the door was locked and no key was provided. Customer service from Brightwild was friendly and responsive, but they seem to be outsourced/not on the property so they are unable to help in any meaningful way.
Both the main mansion and the James House are stunning but you can tell the current owners don’t care at all about up-keeping the property.
Key West is always very pricey for the quality you get but there has to be better properties out there for the price.
