Good sized clean Modern home with great lounge & kitchen area and outdoor pool.
This home could have been perfect had it had the following in my opinion small improvements. The outdoor furniture is so in need of replacement it really brings the property down from what could be a 10 to a 2. A re paint of the outdoor walls would have a massive effect, pool lights that work! More towels! Only 1 small one each per guest for the whole stay. The 3rd bedroom which could vent bad if I haven’t read the details correctly but only has a 3/4 small bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed so not ideal for 2 adults. Lastly clean white sheets needed for all the beds inc pillow cases that felt clean, just had something about them that made me question have these been washed from previous guests?? May be wrong so apologies if they were!

The property wasn’t a pretty quiet neighborhood close to the desired location well kept and clean
Plumbing and the bathrooms require work. It would seem that they clogged often the water wooden run down the trees, but sit in the tub . One of the toilets wasn’t flushing adequately and there was not enough towels.

Loved the fact it was a ranch style home and it was pet friendly. The inside was beautiful. It was clean and simple which made it look very nice. It has open floor plan, which was great. I absolutely loved the fact there were chairs at the large island. We were able to sit, cook and talk with one another. It accommodated my whole family of 6, along with our 2 small fur babies. We liked the fact the trees/bushes in the front gave privacy. It probably could have used just a little trim. My husband and kids are on the taller side so they had to bend to the side when going through the gate.
Pretty much everything was perfect. I reached out to the owner regarding an ironing board. They were going to go out of their way to bring us one. It wasn’t a big deal. We just used the steam function from the iron to steam out the wrinkles from our clothes.
We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again when we’re down in the area. We would highly recommend this place.

The property was conveniently located, and having a pool was definitely a nice feature during our stay. The host was also responsive and quick to reply when we contacted them.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.
The listing photos make the property look new and recently renovated, but this was not the reality. The unrenovated bathroom was not shown in the photos, and when we arrived, the showerhead was leaking so badly that we could not use the shower for 24 hours. Someone eventually came the following day to fix it.
There were also stains on the walls, stained sheets and towels, and no bath mat. We reported these issues, but apart from the shower repair, no one came to replace the linens or provide a bath mat.
The children’s bedroom was another issue. The size of the single bed was not specified, and it was far too short for our teenager. This is important information that should be included in the listing.
We also had several basic maintenance issues: the batteries for the door lock were dead, leaving us unable to lock the door and requiring about 30 minutes to reach someone for assistance. The BBQ had no gas left when we wanted to use it.
The kitchen looks modern but is very poorly equipped, with insufficient cookware and cutlery. There was barely enough for one meal, meaning we had to wash items by hand between meals.
Overall, we felt that the property was very different from what the photos and description led us to expect. For the price, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance and equipment.
Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and do not feel the property offers good value for money.
