Best location on the island!

Perfect location. We went to all of the beaches and found this to be the best on the island. You need a car!!!

Glad I didn't stay

Communication. My reservation was canceled based on events that have happened with previous customers. New customers should not be penalized based on events that has nothing to do with me.

Required me to pay before I stay when the booking.com website states that no pre payment is required and I pay when I stay. Please update your terms to reflect this language. I was able to find a much cheaper property located in a very great area.

Excellent stay in St Maarten.

Everything was great. Great location (market 5 min walk), easy entry and check in. The pool was very nice. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and the bed was super comfy. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
