The best part of this experience, is that they refunded me my payment and let me get out of there. It is under construction, dusty, tarped. Check in is in a bedroom, no hot breakfast, just some goods in another first floor bedroom. Open ceilings. No pool, hot tub or gym. The 1st, 3rd and 4th floors are out of commission and while the rook. Was tidy, im asthmatic and the dust everywhere was palpable in the air.NOT the place I wanted to be after a 13 hr drive! Hotels com isn't letting me upload photos, but I have them!

This hotel is under major construction and it was not advertised as such. There is now a notice on their direct website that says there is renovation but all services are available. NOT true. No pool, no hot tub. Doors/windows all over the lobby, construction equipment surrounding the bldg. Windows out all over the bldg. If arriving at night, no adequate lighting to see where to get to the lobby. Management refuses to refund even though they are fraudulently advertising full services.

Hotel under construction without any notice on the website. No pool or hot tub. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. The advertised "room darkening curtains" were just decorative because they didn't cover the windows. I left become I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep there.

This hotel is under major construction. The lobby, as well as the breakfast room, are in guest rooms. The pool is closed as are the exercise facilities. Minimal parking. Everywhere you walk is a construction zone and they begin hammering at 7 am. They should have shut down during this kind of construction as it was creepy to be staying in those conditions.

This hotel is under construction to become a Fairfield Inn and Suites, so some things are being overlooked. Check in was easy, beds were really comfy, there was hair on the bathroom floor and our coffee maker was dirty.

Close to Aliant Energy Center. Reasonably priced. Great and friendly staff. As of 11/4/23, the property is in the process of renovation. Many areas of the building are closed. You can only enter the hotel from the back door and there are limited parking spaces (unless you're willing to park in the Sheraton lot and walk around a fence). The pool is open but the hot spa is closed. The breakfast area is also closed and breakfast is now offered in two connecting rooms on the first floor. The free breakfast was horrible (McDonald's food isn't great but it was far better) and the juice machine didn't work. There's cereal but no milk. All you have to drink is fountain water. Most annoying are the banging noises. I hope the poor quality is due to the renovation.

Front desk staff was absolutely amazing!! No issues, clean rooms, quiet. Breakfast wasn't great but not bad either. Overall excellent experience!!

There were major renovations going on at this motel but Orbitz didn’t highlight this for booking Breakfast the first two days was less than satisfactory then the last day when more people were there it was a lot better quality

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast food is decent. I gave comfort a medium rating because our bathroom door did not close all the way and guests including children were very loud in the hall of the main level well after midnight. Right down from the front desk. I wish someone at the front desk addressed the guests who were so noisy.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I realize the building is currently under construction, so I give some grace for that. It just had an "order" of old/ musty cigarette smell- maybe fresh carpet/ paint will help with that after construction is complete. Also- a towel in the bathroom had hair on it- so cleanliness could be a little better. Overall, beds were super comfortable and good night sleep.

This property was under construction and difficult to maneuver through the parking lot. The overall condition of the property was dirty, we also found hair in the bathroom. There were quite a few questionable individuals in and outside of the property, smoking and loitering. The guests with me were extremely concerned over the general lack of upkeep at this property. I would NEVER stay here or recommend this property again.

The staff are SUPER helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely kept, very clean and well-appointed. The halls could be vacuumed more often. At the moment there is exterior construction happening on the weekdays which I was aware of when I booked. If you are a late-sleeper or are looking for quiet, this might bother you. I understand that once it is complete this nice hotel will be even nicer!

the pool was dirty with hair floating in it. lots of pooling of water on the tile and very slippery. Carpet in the hallways dirty - needs vacuuming. Refrigerator not working and they couldn't do anything about it. Also, construction on the building which i was not aware of when booking. You had to drive to the back to park and enter in the back of the building which the steps and carpet were dirty. The room itself was clean though and very nice.

Unfortunately there was construction work happening at the hotel I was not made aware of prior to my stay. After the first night I was faced with a small ant infestation in my room. I was told I would receive compensation on my room rate which I have still not had any confirmation. I am hoping this was all only because of the construction happening.

Our stay was great. We booked it so we could walk to an event at the Alliant Center. Even though the hotel is under going renovations, the staff was great, our room was perfect and we have no complaints with our stay.

Like the location vs to the Allient center. Dislike the noise from elevator, other guests in hallways. The curtains were stained, ( 2 large stains) and the base of toilet was dirty.

Very clean but dated. Liked the cookies that were available late. Front entrance closed due to construction. Overall met my needs as a place to shower and sleep during a busy weekend.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was same as most places. Construction was going on outside of building as they are renovating, but it didn't disturb us. Convenient area for driving, not walkable to restaurants, or anything. Good price for an overnight.

We should have been notified that this location was remodeling. We had to walk a long way to get to our room from a back entrance. We couldn’t see out our window because there was a big plastic tarp over it. Very disappointed with this location as it was listed as a 4 1/2 star. This was clearly nowhere near a 4 1/2.* we believe we should be given a refund.

The property was clean. The front desk lied to us about how we could pay for our stay. There was 4 of us and we asked to pay by 4 separate credit cards, instead of one. We were charged an extra $80 for 4 people too. Our room had two queen beds, so I don't know why we would be charged the $80. The guy at the front desk said we could do this when we checked out. At check out, the front desk said my credit card was already charged and we couldn't do this. There was also construction at the motel. I would like a discount for this inconvenience.

We had accidentally double booked our stay through two separate travel companies but luckily one of them was able to be cancelled with no fees. They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, location fantastic for us having just moved our kid into college! Elevator a little slow but roomy enough. We will definitely be back!
