The main living room boasts plenty of plush seating, a fireplace, and a large TV. The nearby well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher and ample counter space. Enjoy cooking a meal before serving it on the adjacent formal dining table. Each bedroom is bright, spacious, and decorated with homey touches. For an extra layer of convenience, enjoy access to a private washer/dryer. Outside, you'll appreciate a large enclosed yard and a sprawling front deck. Make every day a beautiful one when you stay in Riverhouse. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Not set up. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This house was fabulous! Enough room for all 10 of us. Clean and organized. Could've used more toilet paper and the dishwasher was full of water but not a big deal. It was close to the beach and the Convention Center which was perfect for us.

We loved every bit of the home. We were able to walk everywhere. Had plenty of space for everyone. Our grand kids loved having all the sand toys to play at the beach with.

We loved the house, it was big enough for our group, we had everything we needed. It was clean, it is close to the beach and Seaside Mall, shops, and food. We had a wonderful time, definitely going to plan another trip there!
