It is only 3 miles from the airport, with a private entry, full kitchen, bathroom, and space for 2 people, making it easy to plan your visit whether it involves fishing, floating, flying, hunting, bear viewing, or adventuring Katmai National Park. Shared laundry on the property upon request. Cheapest rental cars in town are ours, found on Turo.com (Ford 2020 F150 white, 2018 Black highlander SUV)

This property served its purpose. Being close to fishing and Brooks Falls without breaking the bank. It had what we needed for our stay

Overall the physical property was exactly as specified. The rooms were clean as were the linens and towels. What reduced my review were the following: 1) There was a great deal of noise above us, hammering, child noises and what sounded like moving furniture. 2) We were asked to leave the property "cleaner than we found it." That wasn't hard when it came to the dishes; one glass was cracked, all others were dirty as were the plates and the coffee pot. We ended up washing everything except any of the plates which we did not use. 3) There was no drain stopper to properly fill the sink and wash the dishes. We plugged the drain with paper towels to wash the dishes. 4) The couch was terribly uncomfortable. I cannot imagine if we had needed to unfold the hide-a-bed. 5) The sign for Bristol Bay was covered by bushes and only after driving by 3 times did we find it. A "Grotto" sign might have helped us.
