We stayed here for a work trip. I would recommend it it. Clean and comfortable, very good value for the price

Great host and the location was close to the highway. There was too many cars at the location when we arrived as the neighbors seem to park on the propery. The suite is located in the basement and although newer it smelled very strongly of dried flowers which triggered our allergies. Yard was messy and old derelict vehicles in the yard and driveway. Convenient but not worth the amount we paid for it

Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied but no range. There is a counter top convection oven and an induction cook top but we had to adapt our self catering plans because there wasn't a range. We ran out of toilet paper. Host pleasant but did not reply to questions through the expedia app, I had to text him on the number he supplied. No sound insulation between floors so the family upstairs started stomping around at 5 am on a Sunday morning. Not adequately supplied for consumables
