We had an amazing stay in Ubud and would highly recommend this accommodation. The location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to restaurants, shops and everything you need, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
What really made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. We were travelling with a baby and they provided a very nice baby cot for us, which made our stay much more comfortable.
We also accidentally forgot some belongings at the accommodation after check out, and the staff went out of their way to help return everything to us. That level of care and service is rare and very much appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again when returning to Ubud.

The location was great, close to everything.
The bathroom was very dated and in need of a good clean. The linen was stained and there was only a bottom sheet and quilt with no cover. We asked for an extra sheet and purchased some pillows because there were no extra pillows available and the ones in the room were too hard.
