Peaceful and clean location was perfect

Lovely welcome from the hosts and a lovely family and they showed us where everything is. The family room was very big, Cosy, comfortable and plenty of Storage. Beds were very comfortable and a lovely comfy sofa and chair. Nice TV with freeview channels. Nice big windows that opened with blinds. Great WiFi. Lovely decor and clean. The bathroom was very spacious had a big shower. Nice big fan in bedroom. We got use of the kitchenette with kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk with fridge and 2 microwaves. A help yourself breakfast with 6 or 7 different cereals, fresh pastries, toast with butter, jam, marmalade, peanut butter and Nutella, cereal bars, breakfast biscuits, flapjacks, packed pancakes and waffles, yogurts, and juices. Nice quiet area. Short walk to town. Best guest house we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would stay again.

The room was comfortable very clean. Excellent location for Gainsborough centre. Parking was provided but plenty of off street parking close by as well. There was a kitchen/dining room/ lounge area as well for guests to use.

No issues

Large Room, comfy bed, dark at night (no annoying lights) & good sized personal bathroom.

Quite noisy, all doors seem to slam shut, Kitchen area not kept clean by other guests, wifi kept dropping out & poor parking (first night I parked straight outside on the road, and ended up having to pay £82 for a new tyre as someone threw & smashed a glass beer bottle under my car), neighbours have lots of cars, so always want 'their' space on the road, ended up parking on a side street for remainder of stay
