Central to Gainsborough. Although small, it was a clean room with all I needed. I will go back there again. Free evening parking and very close to nearby pubs and restaurants.

For anyone expecting a quiet evening its not for you. Its part of an active pub so expect noise till way beyond 11pm. For me this was fine.

Clean, comfy had everything required of a room, the secondarybseating area was nuce. All colour co-ordinated and looked quite modern

Nothing as i would star as a problem. Found i couldnt close bathroom window properly but didnt affect room.as was totally separate. And ceiling above toilet had flaky paint a possivle issue been repainted over too soon after treating ceiling but did not affect our stay in any way.

We didn’t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. It was easy to find the pub and parked almost in front of it. A staff member greeted us straight away and took us with her. Shown us our room and explained what to do in the morning.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was a pub so we could hear the music and voices as you would expect but it went quieter past 11pm so it was all good.
