The location is great, we didn’t find it at first, but then it’s just a bit further up the steps, not the main steps but a bit to the side. Yes, a lot of stairs especially in the heat but you get to see some cute streets that’s are very typical of Spain.
The sofa bed wasn’t comfy, we found it difficult to fold out. Regardless of this aspect the location and having Eduardo as the host out won this and we only stayed for a couple of nights so this wasn’t a major issue. It just could be an issue if you are staying for longer.

Saubere, authentische Unterkunft im alten Viertel von Alicante! Gute Terrasse! Viele Stufen zur Unterkunft aber das wussten wir. Fernando ist sehr nett!
Etwas zu authentisch 😂 keine Fenster, wenn man die Haustüre öffnet, hat man Luft im Schlafraum und zig Touristen die neugierig sind

The terrace and position in Alicante. Edu was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
The shower needed mending.
Lots of steps.
Cutlery was limited, lots of spoons but 1 knife & 1 fork. No sharp knife.
