It was quiet and the staff was helpful.
The room wasn’t very clean. We had to re-wipe surfaces and empty trash out of one trash can. Maybe the previous tenants left a huge mess and the cleaning staff was rushed? Also the maintenance wasn’t kept up with. Many light bulbs were out, and the soap dish in the shower was broken.

Big beds, big fridge, big TV‘s, big balcony - and all for a very reasonable price.
More power plugs near bed would be nice - but this is a tiny detail if I try really hard to find sth to improve.

Stunning apartment, amazing views, staff at Palms Place were lovely and helpful. The host of the property was very responsive.

Great sunset view. Tub and shower were awesome
Very dated and old. Carpet dirty. Phone did not work. Safe did not work due to low battery. Smell of sewer gas’s a lot of the time. Sink gurgled when there was nothing draining and at random times.
