Beautiful villa, very clean and well presented indeed... I do think that the towels and bedding need replacing...as they were old and tried, and detracted from the villa.

Overall we had a wonderful week's stay. The villa is fab with lots of outside space and seating areas. The BBQ was an additional bonus, although, if you don't want to cook, less than 200m away is a lovely restaurant called La Finca, which served lovely and reasonably priced food. There are also quite a few bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk down the road which also has an Iceland supermarket. A bit pricey though. The only issue we had was that the heated pool, which we loved, comes at an additional 70 euros for the week, which we have found no mention of in the listing, and was payable locally on arrival. We had no issues with this but you get the impression that the heated pool is included as part of the price when booking. Maybe a note could be added to property to highlight this.

I stayed with my partner for 8 nights, we hired a car and soon found our way around. Near to the beach and supermarkets. We found some nice restaurants also. A lovely peaceful location if you just want to chill by the pool. I will definitely return . Everything was perfect . Thank you Vivienne

Villa is beautiful cannot fault it, the children spent all the time in the pool which was heated a rare find in the area! Lovely views, all the equipment you would need would definitely go back!

Everything from start to finish, first enquiry to leaving Villa went like clockwork. Heated pool very welcome, everything you would need is supplied inside & out. Shops & restaurants are very close. Little Italy & La Finca we found quite good & reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and if ever holidaying in this area again would not hesitate in booking this property.

The villa was amazing very clean and close to all amenities only a short walk to all bars and restaurants, car needed if you want explore more areas. I would definitely recommended this villa we had a wonderful time

This is the second time we've stayed in one of Viviane's properties and they are excellent. It was so quiet, undisturbed and in a great location which meant we had a very relaxing holiday. The villa was very close to local restaurants and supermarkets which meant we didn't have to travel very far. Glenys and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

The villa was outstanding, in a quiet area of Cabo Roig, the veiws were outstanding, pool was amazing, all facilities were of a high standard, close to shops/supermarkets, bars & resturants, not forgetting the golf courses. Thank you very much for the use of your villa Matt

Overall we had a really good time, villa was lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break. Pool with heating was amazing, nice facing poolside for the sun with a good range of furniture and facilities. Internally nicely decorated with all utilities both upstairs and downstairs. Location was perfect for the view of the sea and surrounding area, sunshine most of the day with a nice breeze. We had to use the car to get to the local Villamartin area for an Aldi and pubs but this was no issue, there within 10 minutes. We walked to the local Overseas Iceland and Waitrose with a drink at a couple of bars. would recommend having a car, took us around 50 minutes from Alicante airport. Having the gas BBQ was a nice touch to cook chicken and steak. Oven for us was a little small but as we were a group of 5 we utilised the BBQ so was no issue. Rooms were well appointed, bathrooms good and clean, towels and linen all clean. Beds were really comfy, nice memory foam. It was nice to have the security of a gate. Gleny and Vivienne were amazing, comms were good, nice meet and greet to show us where everything is and how it works. Overall a really nice stay and would fully and highly recommend the villa.

A great stay in a beautiful modern villa. The heated pool was perfect for late afternoon swims. Communication with the owner was excellent. Only one tiny problem in that there were no English TV channels to watch. Other than that a perfect break

We had a great couple of weeks at this house. Very clean and well equipped house. Very quiet location leaving us alone with the crickets singing at night. The pool was cleaned at least once a week and everything was very convenient. The only thing that is up for improvement is the Wi-Fi connection. With that said we scandinavians are very spoiled with stable and speedy informationtransfer, but 3 Mbit/s at its best could definitly be improved. Was hardly working at all on the top floor. Everything else was a dream!!
