Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet. Small fridge in room, too. Nice furnishings for this level of hotel. Jeff was so very helpful when there was a mix-up in the kind of room upon check-in. Great service!

First, they charged a hefty deposit 24 hrs prior to check-in. Then instead of applying it upon check-out, it will be credited back.

Hi Booking.com, I booked this hotel and I paid more to have Mountain View from my room, but unfortunately there no Mountain View from this hotel. In my booking it was including also breakfast, but there is no breakfast at this hotel. I could not have internet access from my room I had to go down close to the reception to have access to internet. The room was smelling cigarette smoking meaning it is not a none smoking hotel. Also my room was supposed to cost USD 235, but they cut 435 USD from my account. I confidence booking and I trusted the information that was on the site, this is why I booked this room, but unfortunately all was fake, and I am pleading booking to help me get back the extra money they took from my account. I will never recommend this hotel to somebody and I think booking should always check the information before putting an hotel on their website. Thank you

I paid for a room with Mountain View and breakfast, but I had a room with parking view and no breakfast. They took 200 USD extra from my account, the room was smelling cigarette and not well cleaned. All information on your site concerning this hotel was fake, I was not expecting that from booking.

Close to town center. Plenty of restaurants.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and brought extra towels when I needed them. I’d come back.

What breakfast?

I'm disabled and had to go up and down the stairs. The door was always locked so I had to go back down the stairs, go around and back up the stairs to get in. Their website says their rooms are $275 and some change for a week and when I went into the office to extend my stay the owner said I had to go through Booking.com where they wanted to charge me $529+ for a week. I had a lot of stuff in my room due to transitional housing and as my son was helping me get my things out to meet the 11a checkout time the housekeeping chicks were in the hallway with the owner carrying on in Spanish and laughing at us.

Teeny bar of soap, broken toilet paper holder, low on toilet paper, phone charger didn't work, no maid service despite my putting out the sign.

This Hotel is right in downtown! It was newly painted and redone! The beds were comfortable mattresses are new and the bedding is clean and comfy! Big screen TV all you need. Great bang for your buck!

Hotel is newly renovated but some people aren’t that’s in the area. The staff are wonderful and solve Every Guest issues and I was one of them. I would recommend more good people to become guest so the quality become overall better. Thank you again for your services.
