Property was very clean, comes with full kitchen (full fridge, dishwasher, proper stove and microwave) as well as an in room washer and dryer. AC kept us cool, and bathroom was clean and presentable. Access to the property is easy enough, and the parking lot (extra $) is near by easily accessible. Location was very nice, we drove most places so didn’t take advantage of the CTA Blue Line, but it’s no more than a 45 second walk from the front door so definitely a plus. Also close to groceries and convenience stores. Area felt very safe and the room was quiet at night. The TV is a Roku so it had YouTube and other apps built in which was nice, although I will say some apps barely run on it, couldn’t see a movie we wanted to watch because of constant buffering. Overall a great stay, nothing really major to complain about.
Only things I found that I wasn’t a fan of was the pretty small couch, and the TV not being the fastest but that’s me being very nit-picky.

Everything about the place was great: clean, and contained everything you needed. Plenty of hot water. I was grateful for the laundry machines and the tea kettle. Reviewers said that it was noisy, but I didn't find that at all. In fact, no noise woke me at all (and I'm generally a very light sleeper) The location, near a subway and a couple blocks from a grocery was excellent. I also was able to street park my car for free right on the block, and could leave it there for the whole duration of my stay.
The mattress was foam, no inner springs. Not that comfortable. Also, I received no emailed instructions for check in or check out; it left me wondering. I had to specifically ask for this. Thankfully someone responded to my email, and I finally got the information one needed - how to check in and the expectations of my check out, too.

- Nice to have all the amenities of a tiny loft apartment – fridge/freezer, stove/oven, laundry.
- Seemed like it was cleaned properly.
- Extremely easy access to the train for transport through the city.
- The room had a weird smell to it. I think it might have been coming from the faux-leather couch? Not sure.
- Super noisy (with the fire department right outside) – it's almost like there is a window open, but there wasn't – they're just single-paned, old, and poorly made. And you can hear loud creaking from every footstep of those in the room just above you. Fortunately, they left a couple pairs of earplugs... But they should get double-paned windows and insulate the ceiling.
- Shower layout is poorly designed, such that you are forced to be sprayed by cold water when you turn it on. The shower head should really be a rainfall-style one instead of one that sprays straight at you.
- Everything just felt janky and old.
- Tiniest TV in existence
