I had the most wonderful time staying at this apartment in Rome! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. I want to give a huge thank you to the host for being incredibly thoughtful and sending a friend to assist me upon arrival. That small gesture made a big difference.
The apartment itself is absolutely adorable and truly Instagrammable from every angle! It's stylishly decorated with such a charming, cozy vibe that makes it feel like a home away from home. Every little detail is beautifully thought out, and it's clear the host put a lot of care into making this place special.
It's also very clean which I really appreciated, and much more spacious than I expected for a city apartment. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom is large (a rare find in Rome!), and having a washing machine was such a convenient bonus for longer stays.
The location is another major plus – easy access to public transportation makes getting around Rome easy and there are supermarkets, shops, and cafes just around the corner. It's the perfect place whether you're sightseeing, shopping, or just relaxing.

It was very nicely designed and authentic, I liked the location, the owner was very nice.
The bathroom was not clean and wasn‘t renovated, maintained properly.

Posizione molto comoda per chi arriva e parte da Roma Termini (14 minuti a piedi), situato in quartiere giovane e pieno di locali dove poter mangiare o rilassarsi nel dopo cena.
Appartamento sufficientemente spazioso per ospitare una famiglia di tre persone; ordinato, pulito e con la dotazione necessaria.
La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile ed ha risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra domanda e/o necessità.
Il problema più grande lo abbiamo avuto con l'acqua calda; probabilmente il sistema utilizza un boiler perché non siamo riusciti a fare due docce una dopo l'altra. Tra una doccia calda e l'altra abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre 40 minuti e questo è un problema quando non si soggiorna da soli.
L'antenna della TV non era funzionante e dunque non c'è stata la possibilità di vedere i canali del Digitale Terrestre ma solo alcuni canali in abbonamento, presenti su Apple TV - Per un soggiorno breve nessun problema ma comunque un piccolo disagio. La Proprietaria, gentilissima, si è comunque offerta di mandarci un antennista anche di sabato ma non lo abbiamo ritenuto necessario.
In linea generale, tutta la parte impiantistica dell'appartamento risulta datata e andrebbe riammodernata.

Cerca de La Universidad La Sapienza. Tiene al rededor muchos restaurantes..Amabilidad de la persona encargada de llevarlo. Tiene ascensor.
