Very reactive and pleasant host, good location to explore Napels by foot.
The property is a bit dated, has a strong parfume smell and struggles with moistrure due to the building being very old. The mattress and pillows could be more comfortable and the power is not stable (drying your hair and having the lights on makes it go bust - had to unplug the coffee machine, the fridge, turn off all lights other than the one needed in the room and use hair dryer for max 3 min. at a time to avoid repeated blackout).
