Outstanding location, close to transport, cafes, bars and restaurants. Property has a lift which is great if you have larger bags. Balcony was tiny but a great vantage point for people watching. Air conditioning really effective is you are there in the summer months. For such a busy location, the room was very quiet.
Having just arrived on an international flight, we were tired and asked about an early check in. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible and the room wasn’t available until after the published check in time. Similarly, we messaged asking about a later check out but didn’t receive a reply.
The room is very small and there aren’t many options for putting your luggage and things away.

Efficient for a quick stop in Athens
Not really a hotel since there is no reception desk to give you advices nor keep your luggage while you wander around the city.
The 2 rooms we stayed in where extremely small (one we couldn’t event open the suitcase in).
And as the hotel is located above a bar it is very very noisy at night.

The guide to apartment was very precise and accessing apartment very easy
As the apartments are located in a noisy street with bars and restaurants - the noise was too much so if travelling and need to rest - I would not recommend
