The room had a very nice free-standing bath and good shower. Decor in the room is also nice and the area it's located in is very nice, central and lively too. The building felt safe as well. Nice amenities included.
The room was pretty small, and we didn't have space to open two small suitcases at the same time. The bed was quite soft. The shower needed a deep clean, and there was a bit of dust in some spots that felt like they hadn't been dusted in a while. There were liquid stains on the side of the bed, maybe that surface should be wood or something that doesn't stain. There was an iron, but no ironing board, and ironing on a soft bed isn't ideal. There are also definitely better rooms in the building, ours faced a run-down building in the back rather than the street like other rooms seem to. Check-in process is also quite long.

The location was fabulous. Great area and very close to Monastirakis Station. Modern and clean
Lack of reception and communication from messages to staff was not great. Most comms are generic. Couldn’t store luggage. Be prepared to put into recommended left luggage.

Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of Psiri. It is around the corner from cafes, bars, restaurants and one of the main streets, Ermou. Couldn't have picked a better spot for a short trip in Athens, with lots of stops and activities through Athens' busy and popular tourist spots. The room was a split level, with the bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor. We had no issue traversing the staircase, but someone with walking difficulties may want to ensure they book a room with a single floor layout

Had we known there was no physical reception, we would have made more of an effort to ensure all the online check in process was completed. I booked through booking.com and the hotel company kept sending me a link to check in which was being removed by the website. I decided to check in on arrival to find out you can’t actually enter the building without checking in online. No reception. No staff. So stood outside trying to connect with someone to get in. Be warned if you arrive early there’s nowhere to store your luggage or on check out. Our room had no window. Again, had I known this I wouldn’t have booked it. Very dingy and miserable. The worse part was the noise. Every time someone entered the building it was a racket. People talking and laughing could be heard through the night. Aircon was right above the bed. Room was roasting so it had to be on and it was noisy. It also has garish lights on it that even show through towels and clothing. Just a very disturbed sleep. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.
